Have your say in future drought planning for North West Queensland

El Nino is here. Have your say in future drought planning for North West Queensland.

A series of workshops are happening over the coming weeks led by the Rural Economies Centre of Excellence and Southern Gulf NRM.

They want to learn about your experience with past drought and hear your ideas for initiatives that could help you manage the impacts of future drought.

Whether you’re a producer, contractor, business owner, healthcare worker, charity organisation, or community representative, join the team for lunch and have your say.

Your feedback will help develop a Regional Drought Resilience Plan for North West Queensland to help guide investment to manage future drought.

Register your interest by emailing Kate on kate@theyellowcompany.com.au.

Can’t make it to the workshop but still want to be involved? Email Kate to organise a one-on-one chat.
